Ingredients

  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 6 cups graham crackers smashed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dates chopped
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 16 ounces fruits and peels of candied fruit

Method

  • Make 2 days ahead.
  • Combine milk, marshmallows, and orange juice in a small bowl. Let stand 30 minutes.
  • Blend cracker crumbs, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves in large bowl and add dates, raisins, fruit and nuts.
  • Stir in marshmallow mixture with spoon until all crumbs are moistened. Press firmly into wax paper-lined 9-inch loaf pan.
  • Cover tightly, store in refrigerator at least 2 days before serving. Will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
  • Slice thin to serve.
