- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 6 cups graham crackers smashed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dates chopped
- 1 cup nuts
- 16 ounces fruits and peels of candied fruit
Method
- Make 2 days ahead.
- Combine milk, marshmallows, and orange juice in a small bowl. Let stand 30 minutes.
- Blend cracker crumbs, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves in large bowl and add dates, raisins, fruit and nuts.
- Stir in marshmallow mixture with spoon until all crumbs are moistened. Press firmly into wax paper-lined 9-inch loaf pan.
- Cover tightly, store in refrigerator at least 2 days before serving. Will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
- Slice thin to serve.
