Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork loin, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients and marinate 30 to 60
- minutes. In a skillet, simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes until the meat is almost tender.
- Remove the stock; stir-fry the pork until it's a little bit brown or well fried, then put back the stock.
- Season to taste.
