Ingredients

  • 3 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned (6 pieces)
  • 1/4 c. prepared mustard
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 6 Tbsp. sour cream

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Brush chicken with mustard; set aside. In large shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder and oregano.
  • Roll the chicken, in the bread crumb mixture to coat.
  • Place chicken in a large, lightly greased baking pan, meaty side up.
  • Drizzle chicken with the melted butter.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes or until fork-tender.
  • Arrange chicken on a serving dish and top with sour cream.
