Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 rounded Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 c. finely chopped beef (dried beef or ham)
- 1 c. chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Beat the cheese until smooth, may have to add 2 to 3 tablespoons milk to reach smooth stage.
- Add horseradish and seasonings, then the beef and mix well.
- Shape into balls and refrigerate until very firm.
- Take from refrigerator and roll balls in fresh parsley.
- Return to refrigerator and chill again.
