Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 box stuffing Stove Top
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water

Method

  • Hammer chicken breasts to flatten and place in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Cover chicken with cheese slices. Whip soup, soup mix, water and sour cream. Pour over chicken.
  • Mix stuffing mix and butter together. Pour on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When stuffing begins to brown, cover casserole with aluminum foil.
