Ingredients
- 1 can peas
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 can white corn
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 1 medium size green pepper, chopped
- 2 oz. pimento
- 1 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- salt and pepper
Method
- Drain canned vegetables.
- Chop onion and green pepper.
- Boil vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water; cool.
- Mix all vegetables, onion, pepper (green) and pimento.
- Pour liquid ingredients over vegetables; refrigerate overnight.
- Drain before serving.
