Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup raisins, soaked and drained
Method
- Melt together first 3 ingredients until bubbly, then removing from heat add egg and beat well.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix.
- Pack into a greased 8x8-inch cake pan.
- Cover with chocolate icing and refrigerate.
