Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small red raspberry jello
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 lb. can whole cranberries
- 3/4 c. Port wine or cranberry juice
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water; add cranberries, port wine or cranberry juice and crushed pineapple.
- Chill.
