Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Soy Milk
- 1/2 cups Frozen Mango Chunks
- 10 whole Fresh Spinach Leaves
- 1/4 whole Medium Avocado
- 1 teaspoon Agave Syrup Or Honey
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend on low for a few seconds to mix spinach leaves in and then turn up to medium high to high speed for 2 or 3 minutes or until desired consistency.
- Drink up! It really is better than you think...and sooo good for you. Nice source of protein and vitamins.
