Ingredients
- 3 loaves bread
- 24 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 gal. milk
- 16 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. butter, melted
- 1/3 c. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/3 c. onion salt
Method
- Toast bread, then make into crumbs.
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Line 16 loaf pans with foil.
- Pieces can be long enough to fold over loaves for freezing, if desired.
- Divide equally and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Three strips of bacon may be placed over each loaf before baking, if desired.
- Yield: 100 to 120 servings.
