Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Combine all ingredients with a fork until it forms a very stiff dough.
- Roll out on a floured board until very thin.
- Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Cut as you desire.
- Spread out and let dry for 2 hours.
- Cook as you would any noodles.
