- 1 lb. ground chuck or turkey
- 1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 c. chopped cabbage
- 2 or 3 chopped potatoes
- 1 c. macaroni
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown the meat and onion together.
- Drain fat.
- Add the tomato juice and raw vegetables.
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Add macaroni and canned vegetables.
- Cook another 10 or 15 minutes.
