Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whey
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 piece iceberg lettuce
  • 2 strips bacon chopped
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients using a fork or a whisk.
  • Refrigerate before use.
  • Cut the lettuce into halves and disinfect. Drain upside down over a dry rag for at least an hour.
  • Fry the bacon, drain, and remove the excess fat with paper towels.
  • Serve placing one half of the lettuce on a plate, then add dressing, blue cheese, and bacon on top.
