- 1/2 cup whey
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 green onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dill crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 piece iceberg lettuce
- 2 strips bacon chopped
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
Method
- Mix all the ingredients using a fork or a whisk.
- Refrigerate before use.
- Cut the lettuce into halves and disinfect. Drain upside down over a dry rag for at least an hour.
- Fry the bacon, drain, and remove the excess fat with paper towels.
- Serve placing one half of the lettuce on a plate, then add dressing, blue cheese, and bacon on top.
