Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can artichokes, whatever size can you desire
- 12 cup tofu
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 12 teaspoon mustard
- sea salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Method
- Put tofu in blender or food processor.
- Add oil, lemon juice, vinegar and mustard.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place artichokes on serving platter, and tofu mixture into small dipping bowl.
