Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz. each)
  • 1 c. cashew nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • paprika or parsley

Method

  • Put Cheddar cheese through food grinder, using finest blade. Soften and whip cream cheese.
  • Put cashews through grinder; same blade.
  • Mix all ingredients except paprika.
  • Shape into a roll or ball.
  • Then roll in lots of paprika or parsley.
  • The roll should be really red or green on the outside.
  • Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
  • This keeps well in your refrigerator.
