Ingredients
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 2 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz. each)
- 1 c. cashew nuts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- paprika or parsley
Method
- Put Cheddar cheese through food grinder, using finest blade. Soften and whip cream cheese.
- Put cashews through grinder; same blade.
- Mix all ingredients except paprika.
- Shape into a roll or ball.
- Then roll in lots of paprika or parsley.
- The roll should be really red or green on the outside.
- Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
- This keeps well in your refrigerator.
