Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 envelope dehydrated onion soup mix
- 2 c. water
- 2 cans cream of celery soup (undiluted)
Method
- Cut chicken into serving pieces.
- Spray a 6 x 12-inch casserole dish with Pam.
- Put rice in dish.
- Sprinkle dry onion soup over rice; add water.
- Place chicken in single layer, skin side up, on top of rice.
- Spoon celery soup, saving 1/2 can for heating over. Bake, uncovered, at 350°.
