Ingredients
- 1 round steak
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. finely chopped crackers
Method
- Cut steak in bite size pieces.
- Beat eggs and milk together. Dip steak into egg and milk mixture.
- Roll in cracker crumbs. Brown on stove in hot oil about 5 minutes until brown.
- Remove from skillet; place in baking dish.
- Pour mushroom soup over steaks.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
