Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, baked and cut up
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. cooked broccoli
- 2 small cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. cooked rice
Method
- Put rice in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Add broccoli and then chicken. Cover with soup, mayonnaise, milk and curry powder mixture. Sprinkle on cheese.
- Bake at 350° until heated, about 40 minutes.
