Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c. sweet milk
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Method
- Measure flour into bowl and stir in sugar. Beat egg separately. Add egg, milk and all to flour. Stir until smooth. May need to add a small amount of milk or flour to be thin enough to pour on a greased hot grill or skillet.
- Makes 12 to 16 small pancakes.
