Ingredients
- 1 pound Mushrooms
- 1/2 pounds Swiss Cheese
- 1 bunch Green Onions
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cups Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Greek Seasoning
Method
- Slice mushrooms, cube cheese and slice onions. Toss.
- Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning and add to the salad just before serving.
