Ingredients
- masala
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 5 butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup coriander
- 2 lime juice
- 1 tea spoon
- tomato sauce or chili sauce or tamarind sauce according to taste

Method
- Prepare a soft dough with wheat flour adding enough water and one teaspoon oil , divide the dough into 3 equal proportions and set aside to rest for atleast 20 minutes .
- After 20 minutes knead the dough gently on a clean surface and roll each proportions into a large but thick roti .
- Heat a tawa add in some butter and roast the roti an both sides with generous amounts of butter .
- Set aside . In a plate arrange the chapati and place the manchuria near to one end, top it with chopped onions, coriander, chat masala , and finally sprinkle in some lime juice . You can grate paneer or cheese at this stage . You can even add sev for crunchy feeling on top of the stuffing.
- Now gently roll the chapathi , so that the stuff wont spill out . Care should be taken that it should be tight enough .
- Similarly prepare the other frankies , arrange in a plate and cut in the middle to make easy one serving frankie pieces . Serve hot with sauces you prefer .
