Ingredients

  • pears
  • chocolate chips
  • puff pastry
  • brown sugar

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Peel and seed the pears, and cut into thin strips.
  • With a cookie cutter shape of your choice, cut several pieces of puff pastry.
  • Form pairs of clouds this way.
  • Garnish with pears and a few chocolate chips.
  • Optionally, without chocolate.
  • Close the clouds tightly by pressing its edges.
  • Sprinkle a little brown sugar on each cloud so it caramelizes.
  • Place on a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
