- pears
- chocolate chips
- puff pastry
- brown sugar
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Peel and seed the pears, and cut into thin strips.
- With a cookie cutter shape of your choice, cut several pieces of puff pastry.
- Form pairs of clouds this way.
- Garnish with pears and a few chocolate chips.
- Optionally, without chocolate.
- Close the clouds tightly by pressing its edges.
- Sprinkle a little brown sugar on each cloud so it caramelizes.
- Place on a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
