Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 egg, separated
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream butter, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and dry ingredients together.
- Pat thin into a well-greased baking pan.
- Pour egg white over and pat in finely chopped nuts.
