Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 English muffin, split and toasted
- 1/2 c. chopped or 2 slices cooked ham
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, Mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
Method
- Thoroughly blend butter and mustard.
- Spread on muffin halves. Divide ham between muffins.
- Top with cheese.
- Place on microproof plate.
- Cook on 50% for 2 minutes.
- Let stand 1 minute before serving.
