Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Method
- Set aside first 5 ingredients.
- Place remaining ingredients in saucepan on stove.
- Boil 3 minutes.
- Pour over cabbage.
- Cover and let stand on countertop for 3 hours, then refrigerate.
- Keeps for 2 weeks.
