Ingredients
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. Sorrento Ricotta
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix sugar, cinnamon and Ricotta.
- Add beaten eggs and fold into mixture.
- Add vanilla and milk.
- Pour into 9-inch pie shell (unbaked).
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
