Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. hot cooked rice
- 1 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. boiled shrimp
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Method
- Boil shrimp in seasoning mix.
- Cool and chop.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Season to taste.
