Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 6 c. V-8 juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- 1 c. water
Method
- Saute beef and onion; drain.
- Put beef and onion in large pot. Place uncooked noodles on top.
- Mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over noodles and meat; do not stir! Bring to a slow boil, then reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese.
- Serves 10 to 12.
