Ingredients
- 5 or 6 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl in order given.
- Mix well after each addition.
- Pour into a 9 x 12-inch dish.
- Freeze until firm.
- Yields 12 servings.
