Ingredients
- 1 lb. haddock
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can drained shrimp
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. onion, grated
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 15 Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Grease pan and add fish.
- Spread soup and shrimp on top.
- Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes.
- Combine butter, seasonings, grated onion and crackers.
- Sprinkle over fish and bake 10 minutes more.
