Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. each chopped red bell pepper and finely chopped green onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Beat Cheddar cheese and cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add juice, bell pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce and ground pepper.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
