Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 3 to 4 bananas
- 1 (8 oz.) heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. sugar
- coconut
Method
- Slice bananas in graham cracker shell evenly in crust.
- Whip cream with sugar and vanilla.
- Whip until cream is thick enough to cut with a knife. Put over bananas evenly.
- You can garnish with a little brown coconut. Brown the coconut in oven first.
