Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 c. hot water
- 12 ice cubes
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 2/3 small container small curd cottage cheese
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Stir until all is dissolved.
- Add ice cubes; stir until melted.
- Let gel in refrigerator until semi-soft.
- Add cottage cheese, nuts and pineapple (make sure pineapple has been well drained).
- Thoroughly stir and let gel.
