Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 small box sugar-free jello (any flavor)
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 large container fat-free cream cheese
- 1 large container lite style Cool Whip
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Mix in jello and beat until fluffy.
- Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
