- 2 lb Ground chicken
- 2 large Green Bell Pepper
- 1 large Onion
- 1/4 cup Quick Oats
- 1 Lowreys Season Salt (as much as you like)
- 1 Garlic Salt (as much as you like)
- 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Prego bacon provolone pasta sauce
- 10 slice Bacon (any brand)
Method
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Chop onions and peppers
- Add all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Put meatloaf into baking dish and shape into a loaf
- Gently press the top of the loaf flat and layer with bacon
- Put 1/4 cup of water in the bottom of the dish
- Bake meatloaf 1hour and 30 mins or until meatloaf is no longer pink
