Ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground chicken
  • 2 large Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1/4 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 Lowreys Season Salt (as much as you like)
  • 1 Garlic Salt (as much as you like)
  • 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Prego bacon provolone pasta sauce
  • 10 slice Bacon (any brand)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Chop onions and peppers
  • Add all ingredients together in a large bowl
  • Put meatloaf into baking dish and shape into a loaf
  • Gently press the top of the loaf flat and layer with bacon
  • Put 1/4 cup of water in the bottom of the dish
  • Bake meatloaf 1hour and 30 mins or until meatloaf is no longer pink
