Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. stew meat
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 c. elbow Roni
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Boil stew meat for about 2 hours, then add mixed vegetables, stewed tomatoes, corn, pepper, salt and green beans.
  • Let boil for 35 minutes, then add tomato paste.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add the Roni and let them get tender.
  • By the time the Roni is tender, the stew will be done.
