Ingredients
- 2 pkg. stew meat
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1 can green beans
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. elbow Roni
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Boil stew meat for about 2 hours, then add mixed vegetables, stewed tomatoes, corn, pepper, salt and green beans.
- Let boil for 35 minutes, then add tomato paste.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the Roni and let them get tender.
- By the time the Roni is tender, the stew will be done.
