Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh unpeeled figs, stemmed and sliced
- 1 (15 oz.) can mandarins with packing syrup
- 5 Tbsp. finely grated unsweetened coconut
- 5 Tbsp. mandarin juice
- 1 tsp. mandarin peel in syrup
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Gently mix together figs, mandarins and coconut.
- Add mandarin juice, peel and sugar.
- Chill.
- This must be served the same day it is prepared.
- Serves 4.
