- 1/2 lb. cocktail franks
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans, drained
- 3/4 c. smoked barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Method
- In large skillet fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels and crumble.
- Combine pork and beans, onion, garlic, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and mustard.
- Mix in crumbled bacon and franks.
- Bake at 300° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
