Ingredients
- 5 lb. roast beef, cooked and sliced
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 (24 oz.) tomatoes
- 3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 18 oz. water
- 2 onions, chopped and sauteed
- 4 green peppers, chopped and sauteed
- sweet basil and oregano to taste
Method
- Saute onions and green peppers together. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Serve on Italian buns.
