Ingredients

  • 3 cups Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lime zest
  • 3/4 cup lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 72 each sea scallops
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1-1/2 qt. green zucchini, cut into ribbons
  • 1-1/2 qt. yellow zucchini, cut into ribbons
  • 1-1/2 qt. carrots, peeled, cut into ribbons Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06

Method

  • Mix bistro sauce, lime zest and juice; set aside
  • Season scallops with salt and pepper; cook in hot oil in large skillet on high heat until opaque, turning once.
  • Meanwhile, steam vegetables 3 min.
  • or until crisp-tender
  • Add 1/2 of the bistro sauce mixture to scallops; toss to evenly coat.
  • For each serving Place 1/4 cup each green zucchini, yellow zucchini and carrot ribbons on plate; top with 3 scallops and 1 Tbsp.
  • (15 mL) of the remaining bistro sauce mixture.
