Ingredients
- 2 c. any fresh vegetables or combination
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Cook vegetables and onions in broth until tender (15 to 30) minutes.
- Blend in blender until smooth.
- Melt butter.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
- Add blended vegetables; heat through. Add seasonings such as parsley, basil or dill to taste.
