Ingredients
- 8 carrots, boiled and sliced
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Place carrots in buttered casserole.
- Combine water, onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Pour over carrots. Top with bread or cracker crumbs.
- Dot with butter or margarine. Bake uncovered at 350° until hot (about 20 minutes).
