Ingredients
- 6 c. mashed fresh figs
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. strawberry jello
Method
- Crush figs and mix all ingredients in large pot.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to bubble.
- Reduce heat and continue to cook 45 minutes, stirring often.
- Seal in sterilized jars.
- Makes 4 to 5 pints.
