Ingredients
- 16 oz. package frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Cook vegetables in salted water until crisp tender (drain). Mix milk, cheese and butter in a bowl. Cook in microwave until cheese melts. Put vegetables in a casserole dish, pour cheese mixture over vegetables (sprinkle more cheese on top if you like) and microwave for 5 minutes.
