Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Method
- Scald milk.
- Place margarine and sugar in large bowl.
- Stir in milk, stirring to melt margarine.
- Add eggs, yeast and salt. Mix well.
- Add 2 cups flour, beating very well.
- Add rest of flour. Knead well.
- Let rise in warm place.
- Punch down.
- Make into rolls, cinnamon rolls or tea ring.
- Let rise again until double. Bake at 350° until golden brown and done (30 to 40 minutes).
