Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. chicken bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 c. cooked and cubed chicken breasts
  • 1 c. crisp chow mein noodles
  • 1/3 c. cashew nuts

Method

  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Saute onion and celery until soft. Add soup, bouillon, soy sauce, Tabasco, pepper and chicken.
  • Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
  • Place mixture in casserole and top with noodles and nuts.
  • Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
