- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. chicken bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 2 c. cooked and cubed chicken breasts
- 1 c. crisp chow mein noodles
- 1/3 c. cashew nuts
Method
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Saute onion and celery until soft. Add soup, bouillon, soy sauce, Tabasco, pepper and chicken.
- Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
- Place mixture in casserole and top with noodles and nuts.
- Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
