Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 225 g (8 oz/1 1/3 cups) chopped pineapple
- 250 ml (9 oz/1 cup) pineapple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon rosewater
- 6-8 ice cubes, crushed
Method
1. Place the berries, pineapple, pineapple juice, rosewater and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two tall chilled glasses.
