Ingredients
- 125 ml (4 oz/1/2 cup) peach juice
- 125 ml (4 oz/1/2 cup) almond milk
- good dash of Angostura bitters
- ice cubes
- drizzle of grenadine
Method
1. Combine the peach juice, almond milk and bitters in a cocktail shaker with five large cubes of ice. Shake well, then strain into a medium glass. Drizzle with a little grenadine and use the tip of a knife to gently swirl the grenadine into a pretty pattern.
