Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes medium, 1 per person
  • 3 cans tuna
  • 1 9/16 cups fresh mushrooms
  • 2 5/8 ounces bacon cut in thin slices
  • 1 package philadelphia cream cheese
  • cheese Yellow, choice, grated, to gratin

Method

  • Peel potatoes, and cut in cubes. Boil in salted water.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Cut the mushroom in large slices.
  • Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan. When it is hot, add the bacon and mushrooms.
  • When bacon and mushrooms are golden, add the tuna, and mix. Let cook just until tuna is hot.
  • Arrange the potatoes in a baking pan, and add the tuna mixture.
  • While everything is still hot, add the cream cheese, and mix well.
  • Sprinkle with gratin cheese, and bake until the cheese is golden and toasty.
  • Serve immediately!
