Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 2 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 10 1/2 oz. miniature marshmallows
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. milk
Method
- Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
- Add eggs.
- Melt 1 cup margarine and 1/3 cup cocoa together.
- Pour over flour mixture, mixing well.
- Stir in pecans.
- Spread in floured and greased cake pan.
- Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
