Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. margarine
  • 2/3 c. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 10 1/2 oz. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1/3 c. milk

Method

  • Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
  • Add eggs.
  • Melt 1 cup margarine and 1/3 cup cocoa together.
  • Pour over flour mixture, mixing well.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Spread in floured and greased cake pan.
  • Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
